PocApp Studios is looking to hire a full-time Community Manager to our office onsite in Skövde, Sweden. 

 

We’re searching for someone who is service minded with social media experience (Facebook, Instagram primarily) that will represent and interact with our game communities in fluent written and spoken English.

 

We offer flexible working hours, 35h/weeks, a generous insurance package and payments to your pension fund as well as time to work out during work hours.

 

At PocApp you’ll be working with a small and intimate team of 11 developers and 2 fluffy dogs in a cozy environment developing mobile games featuring cats and dogs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Service-minded

• Social media know-how

• Great communication and cooperation skills

• Self-organized and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Moderate game communities

• Report technical issues, user complaints etc.

• Answer emails, DMs/reviews/comments etc.

• Provide technical support

• Create community events

​

Bonus Points:

• Previous community-building experience

• Castle Cats knowledge

• Fluent in written and spoken Russian

• Discord know-how

• Agorapulse know-how
