Castle Cats
You can Activate Heroes in the Fortress/Barracks Menu (access it by tapping the House to the left of your Main Menu/Guild Hall/Rebel Camp). Select the Hero you want to Activate or Deactivate and tap the arrow to move them from Active to Inactive. The amount of Active Heroes you can have depends on the Upgrade Level of your Fortress/Barracks.
You can only send your Active Heroes on Quests.
To increase the number of Active Heroes in your Hall/Camp you have to Upgrade the Fortress/Barracks. You can Upgrade the Fortress/Barracks in the Shop Menu. Scroll until you find the Fortress/Barracks and tap to Upgrade it!
You can have a Maximum of 10 Active Heroes!

Certain Skills enable you to do the Quests that require that specific Skill. Traits are passive powers that helps the Heroes in different ways while doing Quests (e.g. more rewards, faster quest times etc).
This means that the Hero is not Evolved enough to acquire said Skills / Traits. You can unlock its Skills and Traits by Evolving them with Embers!

You can Evolve Heroes in the Barracks Menu by choosing the Heroes you want to Evolve and then tapping the Evolve Button (bottom right). All Heroes have Four Evolve Stages and the cost for Evolving a Hero differs depending on the Heroes Evolution Stage or Type (Common, Rare or Mythic).

You can level up your Heroes by sending them on Quests. Your Heroes receive XP for every Quest they complete!
You can level up your Hall/Camp by doing Quests. For every Quests your Hall/Camp completes you receive XP as the leader!
You can see all the Heroes you have in the Fortress/Barracks Menu.
You can see all the Heroes you have collected in your Hero Book! You can access the Hero Book by tapping the Book to the top left in your Main Menu/Guild Hall/Rebel Camp.

You can unlock Outfits for your Heroes by Evolving them to the Max or purchasing new Outfits.
You can choose which outfit your chosen Hero is wearing in the Armory Menu (In the Fortress/Barracks). To choose between several Outfits, the Outfit needs to be unlocked first by Evolving your chosen Hero.
You can access the Armory Menu by tapping the Sword and Shield Button to the top left in your Main Menu/Guild Hall/Rebel Camp.
You can Rename a Hero in the Fortress/Barracks Menu by choosing the Hero you want to Rename, tapping the Rename button (above the Hero portrait) and typing in the preferred name.
You send Heroes on Quests from your Quest Board. Pick a Quest, assign your chosen Heroes then tap Start Quests in the bottom right corner. The Quest Board is located In the middle of your Main Menu/Guild Hall/Rebel Camp.

Story Quests have much harder Requirements and are special with unique Dialogue in-game. On Story Quests, you have to meet ALL of the Requirements to start the Quest (Hero Level, Skills, Number of Heroes). On Normal Quests the only Requirement is the Number of Heroes needed. Meanwhile, having the proper Hero Level and Skills for the Quest raises the Great Success Chance but are not required to start the Quest.
Check if you fulfill the Requirements for Skills, Hero Level, Material Costs and Number of Heroes! If you do not meet the Requirements you can't go on a Story Quest.
When you start a Quest, a Battle Icon will appear on the Quest Card. In order to join the Battle, you need to tap the Battle Icon.
To fight in a Battle you need to tap on the Enemy that your Heroes are fighting. Tapping the Enemy depletes your Tap Energy (displayed on the Bar at the top of the screen). You can also use the Heroes Attack Skill to deal damage to the Enemy or use crafted weapons, they can be found in the bottom right corner.
All Heroes have an Attack Skill displayed on the Bar at the bottom of the screen in the Battle Menu.
You charge the Attack Skill of your Heroes by dealing tapping damage to the Enemy. When a Heroes Attack Skill is ready, its portrait turns bright and shiny. Tap the Heroes portrait to use the Attack Skill!
Tap Energy is what you use to attack Enemies in Battle.
There is limited Tap Energy. If you run out of Tap Energy you have to Refill it with an Energy Potion or by waiting for it to get Refilled on its own.
Tap the Energy Potion to the right of the Energy Bar at top of the Quest Board Menu or In Battle Menu and watch an Ad. You can also wait until it has Refilled on its own.
Yes! You can Upgrade your Tap Energy by Upgrading your Quest Board to Max 600 Tap Energy.
You can Upgrade the Quest Board from the Shop Menu or by tapping Quest Board Menu, scrolling to the far right and tapping the Upgrade Option.
Battle Items help your Heroes finish the Quests faster in-battle.
To use the battle items you have to Activate them to the left of the Battle Menu (in-battle).
You can craft Battle Items in the Alchemy Station.
The Alchemy Station is where you can use your Materials to Craft them in to other Items such as Battle Items, Eggs, Rare Embers or other Items that help you in Battle.
You can access the Alchemy Station by tapping the Cauldron in the middle of your Main Menu/Guild Hall/Rebel Camp.
The Alchemy Station has 4 different standard tabs. Everything, Battle Items, Guild Items and Eggs. To Craft an item, you need the Required Materials. If you have the Required Materials simply choose the Item/Egg/Ember that you want to create and tap the Craft Button on the right side of the menu.
You can pay Gems to skip the waiting time in the Alchemy Station. The Gem Price depends on the time skipped.
Eggs are Heroes that you can Craft in the Alchemy Station.
You can Craft an Egg when you fulfill the Material Requirements at the Alchemy Station. The requirements might include Heroes, Materials and Embers.
Quest Items are crafted at the Alchemy Station and are used to help you with Quests (e.g. increasing rewards, decreasing Quest Duration, etc.).
To use Quest Items you need to Activate them. You Activate Quest Items in the Inventory Menu when you've entered the questboard.
You can access the Inventory Menu by tapping the potion box in the Questbord menu.
Embers are used to Evolve your Heroes. There are Common Embers and Rare Embers and they all come in 3 colors: Yellow, Pink and Blue Embers.
You can use your Embers when Evolving Heroes in the Fortress/Barracks Menu.
You can get Embers by doing Normal Quests that rewards Common or Rare Embers depending on which day of the week it is. You can also get Embers by gaining them as rewards from the Calendar, by Dismissing Heroes and by buying them in the Shop. There's a better chance to get Embers on level 4 quests and higher.
Mondays do not reward any Embers since Mondays are universally known as the worst day of the week.
Tuesdays: Common Red Embers
Wednesdays: Common Green Embers
Thursdays: Common Blue Embers
Fridays: Rare Red Embers
Saturday: Rare Green Embers
Sunday: Rare Blue Embers
Yes! You can Craft Rare Embers with Common Embers in the Alchemy Station.
In the Market you can Exchange Materials for other Materials that you need.
First choose which material you want to trade in on the left side. On the right chose what material you want to acquire. The slide in the middle decides the quantity of materials which will be gained / lost.
You can watch an Ad to skip the waiting time in the market.
Materials are used for Upgrading your Material Stations in the Main Menu/Guild Hall/Rebel Camp as well as a Requirement for Story Quests and Normal Quests. Materials are also used for Crafting Items/Eggs in the Alchemy Station and Upgrading your Fortress/Barracks.
You can get Rare Materials from Quest Rewards. You can also Trade Common Materials for Rare Materials in the Market or by buying them directly from the Shop.
Materials are used to go on Quests which is why it may seem like they have disappeared.
Daily Quests are Special Quests that you can finish once/day that give high rewards and a Mystery Box, containing a random Reward. The Daily Quests reset at midnight 00.00 every day.
You can complete your Daily Quests by:
1) Entering 3 Battles
2) Collecting 100 Materials
3) Shake Heroes for 100 Gold.
4) Finish 5 Quests
5) Finish at least 3 Daily Quests and you will be rewarded with a Mystery Box, containing a random Reward.
Make sure to first pick up all of the Gold. If Gold still doesn't come out it's because you have finished your Daily Quests!
You can access the in-game Shop by tapping the Box Button in the top right corner. The in-game Shop has 5 different standard tabs. Hero Boxes, Upgrades, Gold, Gems and Embers. Tap the different tabs to get information on what you can buy. Preview the Item by tapping it. Purchase the Item by first previewing it then confirming the purchase. Sometimes the Shop has an extra tab containing special items ā usually Event-Exclusive Heroes!
You can get Gold from quest rewards, shaking Heroes, buying Gold straight from the Shop or from the Calendar.
You can get Gems from quest rewards, buying Gems straight from the Shop or as Calendar. Gem Monday also gives out extra gems!
This happens when you donāt have a proper connection to the Google / iOS. To resolve this problem, make sure you have a good Wi-fi connection. You can also restart the game or if this doesn't work you can restart your device.
You can either acquire them by doing Event Quests or Normal Quest. You can also purchase Event Materials directly.
You can use the Event Materials to Hatch Event Heroes in the Alchemy Station.
Kyle, Blink, Nessie etc./BunBun, San and Pepper are part of the Calendar Heroes and are given as Daily Login Rewards. The following Heroes are given on these Calendar Days:

Right now we don't have a dedicated achievement menu in-game. However you can get achievements through the Google Play Services and iOS Game Center but they don't give any rewards in game.
You can earn Reputation Tokens from the respective guilds after reaching Guild Level 20:
Castle Cats: The Mighty Lions, The Whiskers and the Zenpaws
Dungeon Dogs: The Sunseekers, the RedCapes and the Frost Fangs
Reputation Tokens can be earned by doing Reputation Quests. Reputation Quests have a rare chance to spawn from Level 6 quests and above! [They are very hard to get & difficult to beat!]
Deliver your earned Reputation Tokens to the guilds in order to earn Reputation Level with each guild separately!
Each time you Level Up in Reputation you can open a Reputation Chest with a chance to get exclusive items from the respective guilds! š
